- تشغيل التطبيق وتقديم خدمات الاشتراك وحجز الملاعب والبطولات Operating the app and delivering subscription, stadium booking, and tournament services
- إرسال إشعارات متعلقة بالحصص التدريبية والمواعيد والدفعات Sending notifications related to training sessions, schedules, and payments
- معالجة المدفوعات وإصدار الفواتير الإلكترونية Processing payments and issuing electronic invoices
- تحديد الفروع والملاعب الأقرب إليك عند تفعيل خدمة الموقع Locating branches and stadiums nearest to you when location service is enabled
- تحسين جودة التطبيق ومعالجة الأعطال التقنية Improving app quality and resolving technical issues
- الامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية Complying with applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia
لا نبيع بياناتك. نستخدم عدداً من الخدمات الخارجية لتشغيل التطبيق، وهذه قائمة بها:
We don't sell your data. We do use a few third-party services to keep the app running — here's the full list:
- Firebase (Google) — قاعدة البيانات، المصادقة، الإشعارات، تحليلات الأداء Database, authentication, notifications, performance analytics
- Google Maps — خرائط الفروع والملاعب Branch and stadium maps
- Google Sign-In — خيار تسجيل الدخول بحساب جوجل Google account sign-in option
- Sentry — رصد أعطال التطبيق وتحليل الأخطاء App crash monitoring and error analysis
- بوابة الدفع Payment Gateway — معالجة المدفوعات (Mada، Apple Pay، بطاقات الائتمان) Processing payments (Mada, Apple Pay, credit cards)
نطلب الوصول إلى موقعك لعرض أقرب الفروع والملاعب على الخريطة — هذا كل شيء. إذن الموقع اختياري تماماً، والتطبيق يعمل بدونه.
We ask for your location to show the nearest branches and stadiums on the map — that's it. It's completely optional, and the app works fine without it.
- لا يتم تتبع موقعك في الخلفية أو تخزينه على خوادمنا Your location is not tracked in the background or stored on our servers
- يُستخدم الموقع أثناء فترة استخدام التطبيق فقط Location is only used during active app sessions
- يمكنك إلغاء الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك You can revoke permission at any time from your device settings
ستصلك إشعارات عن مواعيد الحصص والاشتراكات وتأكيدات الحجز. إذا أزعجتك يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات جهازك في أي وقت.
You'll get notifications about session schedules, subscriptions, and booking confirmations. If they're too much, you can turn them off from your device settings anytime.
ندعم مدى وApple Pay وبطاقات Visa وMastercard. لا نحتفظ بأرقام بطاقاتك — تمر مباشرة عبر بوابة الدفع الآمنة. نحتفظ فقط برقم المرجع والمبلغ والتاريخ لأغراض الفواتير.
We support Mada, Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard. We never store your card number — it goes directly through the secure payment gateway. We only keep the reference number, amount, and date for invoicing.

- رصد الأعطال ومعالجتها عبر Sentry Crash monitoring and resolution via Sentry
- التحقق برمز OTP لجميع عمليات تسجيل الدخول OTP verification for all login operations
- قيود وصول صارمة على قاعدة البيانات وفق أدوار المستخدمين Strict database access restrictions based on user roles

Your data belongs to you. At any time you can:
- الاطلاع: طلب نسخة من بياناتك المحفوظة Access: Request a copy of your stored data
- التصحيح: تعديل أي معلومات غير دقيقة Correction: Update any inaccurate information
- الحذف: طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- إلغاء الموافقة: سحب إذن الموقع أو الإشعارات في أي وقت Withdrawal: Revoke location or notification permissions at any time

التطبيق مخصص للأولياء والمدربين المسجلين. باستخدامك له فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى الأنظمة السعودية المعمول بها. قد نحدّث الشروط من وقت لآخر، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني موافقتك على الإصدار الجديد.
The app is for registered guardians and trainers. Using it means you agree to these terms and applicable Saudi regulations. We may update them occasionally — continuing to use the app means you're on board with any changes.
هذه الأشياء ممنوعة ببساطة:
These things are simply not allowed:
- انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو نسخ محتوى التطبيق أو إعادة توزيعه دون إذن Infringing intellectual property rights or copying/redistributing app content without permission
- تقديم معلومات مضللة أو مزورة عند التسجيل أو إدخال بيانات المتدربين Providing false or misleading information during registration or trainee data entry
- محاولة اختراق أنظمة التطبيق أو التلاعب ببيانات المستخدمين الآخرين Attempting to breach app systems or tamper with other users' data
- استخدام التطبيق لأغراض تجارية غير مصرّح بها أو إعادة بيع الخدمات Using the App for unauthorized commercial purposes or reselling services
- تحميل أي محتوى يتعارض مع الأنظمة السعودية أو التعاليم الإسلامية أو الآداب العامة Uploading content that conflicts with Saudi regulations, Islamic teachings, or public morals
- إرسال رسائل مزعجة أو محاولة إغراق الخوادم أو عرقلة عمل التطبيق Sending spam or attempting to flood servers or disrupt app operation
يمكنك الاشتراك في برامج كرة القدم والسباحة وغيرها عبر أي فرع. قبل إتمام الدفع، تعرف على هذه النقاط:
You can subscribe to football, swimming, and other programs across any branch. Before you pay, here's what to keep in mind:
- جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي وشاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة عند الانطباق All prices are in Saudi Riyals and inclusive of VAT where applicable
- يصبح الاشتراك سارياً فور اكتمال عملية الدفع بنجاح Subscriptions become active immediately upon successful payment completion
- لا يُسترد الرسوم المدفوعة بعد بدء الاشتراك إلا وفق سياسة الاسترداد المعتمدة من الأكاديمية Paid fees are non-refundable after subscription commencement except per the academy's approved refund policy
- تدعم الخدمة الدفع المشترك (Split Payment) بين أكثر من شخص لحجز الملاعب The service supports split payment between multiple parties for stadium bookings
- يمكن إضافة أكثر من متدرب تحت الحساب الواحد Multiple trainees can be added under a single account
يمكنك حجز ملاعب من خلال التطبيق مباشرة. خذ بعين الاعتبار ما يلي:
You can book stadiums directly through the app. A few things to keep in mind:
- تأكيد الحجز مشروط بإتمام الدفع الكامل أو الدفع المشترك من جميع الأطراف Booking confirmation is conditional on completing full payment or split payment from all parties
- يُلزَم المستخدم بالحضور في الوقت المحدد؛ التأخير لا يُعوَّض بوقت إضافي Users are required to arrive on time; delays are not compensated with additional time
- يحق للأكاديمية إلغاء الحجز في ظروف استثنائية مع استرداد كامل للمبلغ The academy reserves the right to cancel reservations under exceptional circumstances with full refund
- يُمنع استخدام الملاعب في أي نشاط مخالف للنظام أو مسبّب للأضرار Stadium use for any unlawful activity or causing damage is strictly prohibited
التطبيق أداة لتسهيل التواصل مع الأكاديمية، وليس بديلاً عنها. هناك أمور لا نتحمل مسؤوليتها:
The app is a tool to simplify your experience with the academy, not a substitute for it. There are some things we can't be held responsible for:
- التطبيق غير مسؤول عن أي انقطاع في الخدمة ناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادته (صيانة، أعطال شبكة، قوة قاهرة) The App is not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (maintenance, network failures, force majeure)
- الاتصالات عبر الإنترنت قد تتعرض لمخاطر خارجية؛ يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية حماية بيانات دخوله Internet communications may be exposed to external risks; users are responsible for protecting their login credentials
- لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن إصابات رياضية تقع داخل مرافق الأكاديمية أو الملاعب We bear no liability for sports injuries occurring within academy facilities or stadiums
- معلومات التطبيق لا تُغني عن المراجعة المباشرة مع إدارة الأكاديمية للأمور الرسمية App information does not substitute direct consultation with academy management for official matters
إذا نشأت أي مطالبة أو خسارة بسبب تصرفاتك، فأنت المسؤول. يشمل ذلك:
If any claim or loss arises from your actions, you're responsible. This includes:
- مخالفتك لهذه الشروط أو للأنظمة المعمول بها Your violation of these terms or applicable regulations
- استخدامك للتطبيق بطريقة غير قانونية أو ضارة Your unlawful or harmful use of the App
- أي محتوى تنشره أو ترسله عبر التطبيق Any content you publish or transmit through the App
إذا خالفت الشروط أو لاحظنا نشاطاً مشبوهاً، يحق لنا تعليق حسابك أو إغلاقه فوراً دون إشعار مسبق.
If you violate the terms or we notice suspicious activity, we may suspend or close your account immediately without prior notice.
- اللغة العربية هي اللغة المرجعية الرسمية لتفسير هذه الشروط عند أي خلاف Arabic is the official reference language for interpreting these terms in case of any dispute
- تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وأي نزاع يُحال للجهات القضائية المختصة فيها These terms are governed by Saudi Arabian law, and any dispute is referred to its competent judicial authorities
- إن كان أي بند من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتطبيق، تبقى سائر البنود سارية المفعول If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect
